Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days. Free shipping is provided on orders above 180 Eur. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Deliveries are handled by our trusted courier partners.

Exchanges & Returns 

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards. All transactions are processed in Turkish Lira through a 3D Secure payment system. Payment information is encrypted and handled in accordance with BDDK and PCI-DSS standards.
