This Distance Sales Agreement has been established electronically in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 6502 ("Law No. 6502") and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
By confirming the order, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

2. SUBJECT
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the BUYER via the www.houseofcaia.com website.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
The following information is presented to the BUYER on the order screen and becomes an integral part of this Agreement upon order confirmation:
- Product type, model, colour, size, quantity
- Sales price and applicable taxes
- Shipping and delivery information
- Total order amount
The BUYER acknowledges that they have reviewed and approved all such information prior to payment and order confirmation.
4. DELIVERY CONDITIONS
- The Product(s) shall be delivered by the SELLER to the courier within 1–7 business days following order confirmation.
- In the event of Force Majeure or logistical delays, the BUYER shall be informed.
- Cargo delivery times may vary depending on the BUYER’s location.
- If the BUYER is not present at the address at the time of delivery, the delivery shall be conducted in accordance with the standard procedures of the courier company.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
- Payment may be made via credit card, debit card, or online payment infrastructures.
- The House of Caia does not store the BUYER’s card information under any circumstances.
- If the payment is not approved, the order shall not be processed.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
6.1. Legal Right of Withdrawal The BUYER may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without assigning any reason and without paying any penalty.
6.2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:
- Products produced specifically in accordance with the personal requests of the BUYER (Custom-made).
- Hygiene-sensitive sub-category products (such as bed sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, special textiles, etc.) if the package/seal has been opened.
- Products that have been used, have had their tags removed, or are otherwise in a condition that prevents resale.
6.3. Notification of Withdrawal To exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER may:
- Send an email to info@houseofcaia.com
- Create a request via the My Account > My Orders screen.
6.4. Refund Process
- The product must be returned unused and accompanied by its invoice.
- For products returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal, the refund shall be made via the original payment method used by the BUYER within 14 days after the product reaches the SELLER.
- Shipping costs may vary depending on campaigns and delivery conditions.
7. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
In the event of a defective (faulty) product, the BUYER may exercise one of the following rights under Law No. 6502:
- Free repair of the product
- Replacement with a non-defective equivalent
- Discount on the price
- Withdrawal from the contract (Refund)
Applications regarding defective products must be made within 30 days following the delivery of the product.
8. USER INFORMATION AND PRIVACY
The personal data of the BUYER is processed in accordance with The House of Caia KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) Clarification Text. An SSL certificate is utilised to ensure the security of credit card information.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
Delivery times may be extended in unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, fire, strikes, cargo issues, or technical failures. The SELLER cannot be held responsible in such cases, but the BUYER shall be informed.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
For consumer disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts located in the place of the location of the SELLER are authorised.
11. ENFORCEMENT
By placing an order via the internet, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement. This Agreement is established electronically and does not require a separate physical signature by the parties.
