Processing & Dispatch Your orders are meticulously prepared and dispatched within 6–10 business days. Free Shipping On Orders Over $120. Once your package has left our atelier, you will receive a notification containing your tracking details.

Delivery Policy & Terms Products will be delivered via The House of Caia’s authorised courier service to the individual at the delivery address specified by the Client in the Order Form.

The Client acknowledges and agrees that delivery made to any person present at the specified address at the time of delivery shall be deemed as effectual delivery to the Client. Even if the Client is not personally present at the time of delivery, The House of Caia shall be deemed to have fully and completely discharged its delivery obligation.

Unattended Addresses & Liability In the event that the address is unattended, it is the Client’s responsibility to contact the courier service to arrange for receipt or collection.

Should the Product be delivered to a person other than the Client, The House of Caia bears no liability if said person is not present or refuses to accept the delivery. Any costs or damages arising from the Client’s late acceptance of the Product, storage fees incurred at the courier due to delay, and/or return shipping costs to The House of Caia shall be borne entirely by the Client.

Transfer of Risk The risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to the Client from the moment the Products are physically delivered to the Client or to a third party designated by the Client (other than the courier).
