Refund policy

Return Policy Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receipt. Register as a House of Caia member and enjoy easy returns for up to 30 days and more benefits for returns and exchanges. To be eligible for a return, the Product must be in its original condition: unused, with all tags attached, and in its undamaged original packaging. It must be in a fully resalable state.

Conditions for Refusal The House of Caia reserves the right to refuse the return of any Product that appears to have been damaged, soiled, or whose quality has been compromised. We reserve the right to reject items where it is indisputably evident that they have been used beyond what is strictly necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

Hygiene Exceptions Please note that for hygiene reasons, returns cannot be accepted for bedding items (such as bed sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, etc.) if the protective packaging has been opened or the seal broken.

Shipping Costs & Non-Compliance Should the Client expressly choose a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by The House of Caia, we shall not be obliged to reimburse the supplementary costs associated with such a choice.

Items that do not meet our return criteria will be returned to your registered delivery address at no additional charge.

Refunds

Processing & Inspection Once your return reaches our facility, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection. For returns that meet the criteria outlined above, the refund will be processed and transferred to your bank within 14 business days.
